Eternal Red Bonds

By placing an order or booking a consultation with Eternal Red Bonds, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1. Complimentary delivery is available for orders exceeding S$150 within Singapore.

1.2. Complimentary delivery is limited to one delivery location per order. Additional delivery locations will incur separate delivery charges.

1.3. Orders of S$150 or below are subject to applicable delivery fees, which will be communicated during checkout.

1.4. Delivery arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by Eternal Red Bonds.

2. Consultation Services

2.1. Complimentary consultations are exclusively available with packages that explicitly state the inclusion of a free consultation.

2.2. Consultations that are not included in a purchased package will be subject to the applicable consultation fees, communicated before booking confirmation.

2.3. All consultations, including complimentary sessions, require a S$10 booking deposit to secure an appointment.

2.4. Upon completion of the consultation, the S$10 booking deposit will be converted into a S$10 purchase voucher, redeemable with a minimum spend of S$80.

2.5. Consultation booking vouchers are redeemable against eligible purchases and are not exchangeable for cash.

2.6. Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for consultation cancellations or rescheduling requests. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.7. Customers who miss their scheduled consultation without prior notice will be entitled to one complimentary rescheduling, subject to appointment availability and without requiring an additional booking deposit.

2.8. Any subsequent missed appointments or additional rescheduling requests will be subject to review and confirmation by Eternal Red Bonds.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted before order preparation or customisation has commenced.

3.2. Orders that have been prepared, customised or dispatched are generally not eligible for cancellation or refunds due to a change of mind.

3.3. Cancellation requests submitted before preparation begins will be reviewed based on the order status and any applicable commitments already incurred.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1. All Guo Da Li, dowry and other traditional wedding packages that have been prepared or customised are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

4.2. Exchanges for eligible non-customised, non-perishable à la carte products may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the items remain unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

4.3. The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

• Customised or personalised products.
• Perishable items, including traditional wedding food, confectionery and consumables.
• Products that have been used, opened or damaged after delivery.
• Items specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4.4. Return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Eternal Red Bonds. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for approved discretionary exchanges.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

5.1. Customers are encouraged to inspect all items upon delivery.

5.2. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, customers should notify Eternal Red Bonds within 48 hours of receiving the order, where reasonably possible.

5.3. Customers should provide their order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs to facilitate verification.

5.4. Verified claims will be resolved through an appropriate replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind purchases once wedding packages have been prepared or customised.

6.2. Where a refund is approved, Eternal Red Bonds will communicate the applicable refund amount and processing arrangements.

6.3. Approved refunds will generally be made through the original payment method, where practicable.

6.4. Any statutory rights and remedies available under Singapore consumer protection laws will remain unaffected by these terms.
